Hansons Cove is a small, sheltered inlet with a narrow entrance, located on the south side of Caribou Island between Mackenzie Point and Kenneth Point.
Fisher’s Grant 24 is a residential Indian Reserve administered by Pictou Landing First Nation. It is located between Boat Harbour, and the Northumberland Strait. The initial Reserve was created around 1866. In 1960 several smaller Reserves were amalgamated all into one, creating Fisher’s Grant 24.
Fisher’s Grant 24G is a small resource based Indian Reserve administered by Pictou Landing First Nation. It is located along the south east side of Boat Harbour.
The Reserve was created in 1927 with the approval of Order in Council document.
Chance Harbour Lake is a small fresh water body of water located south of the Pictou Landing Road in the coastal community of Chance Harbour.
The small rural community of Hillside is located just north of the Town of Trenton, towards the community of Pictou Landing.
Little Harbour is a rural coastal community located along the Northumberland Strait on the south side of Little Harbour. Mi’kmaq name for the area is “Menpekwik” meaning Erosion.
