Braeshore
Braeshore is a small coastal community located south of the community of Caribou and East of the Town Pictou in Pictou County. The name is of Scottish origins, from the word “brae” meaning a hillside or slope.

Bay View
Bayview is located south of Caribou, and north east of the Town of Pictou. In 1891 the Federal Government built a lobster hatchery here.
