About Millsville
Millsville is a rural area is located near the head of Four Mile Brook. It may have been named after early settlers.
The land was granted to James Logie and Richard W. Masters in 1811, James Kerr in 1812 and to James Nairn in 1815.
Herman Church was built in 1865, and a postal way office was established in 1866.
