Loch Broom Point is a elongated piece of land that extends out into the mouth of the Middle River, located in the community of Loch Broom.
A large wooden rail bridge (called the Mile Bridge by many locals) connected this area directly across to Browns Point. A fire destroyed the bridge in August 1993. The fire, which was a spectacular blaze, started in the middle of the bridge.
